Big Red Mobile Detailing – Terms & Conditions

By scheduling an appointment with Big Red Mobile Detailing, paying a deposit, or receiving our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A 15% deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

Cancellations made 5 or more days before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge if requested at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment.

Reschedule requests made within 3 days of the appointment may require a new deposit.

If Big Red Mobile Detailing must reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment.
2. Weather Policy
As a fully mobile detailing service, weather occasionally affects our ability to safely perform exterior services.

Exterior appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, excessive wind, or other unsafe weather conditions.

Interior-only services may still be completed if suitable cover is available.

Weather-related reschedules initiated by Big Red Mobile Detailing do not result in the loss of your deposit.
3. Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods include those offered by Big Red Mobile Detailing.
Failure to pay may result in additional collection efforts and future service refusal.
4. Personal Belongings
Customers are encouraged to remove all personal belongings prior to the appointment.
While we exercise great care during every detail:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Closed bags, wallets, purses, luggage, safes, glove boxes, and center consoles containing valuables may not be opened or organized.

Areas blocked by excessive personal belongings may not be cleaned.
5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Our goal is to safely improve the appearance of every vehicle without causing damage.
Before beginning work, technicians may document existing:

Scratches
-
Paint chips
-
Rock chips
-
Swirl marks
-
Torn leather
-
Cracked trim
-
Stained upholstery
-
Broken interior components
-
Loose moldings
-
Existing mechanical or electrical issues
Big Red Mobile Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, poor prior repairs, deteriorated materials, or normal wear and tear.
6. Pet Hair, Excessive Dirt & Biohazards
Quoted prices are based on average vehicle condition.
Vehicles containing excessive pet hair, mud, sand, excessive trash, mold, bodily fluids, vomit, insects, or other hazardous materials may require additional labor charges.
If additional work is necessary, approval will be obtained before proceeding whenever possible.
Big Red Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse service on vehicles deemed unsafe or hazardous.
7. Steam Cleaning & Extraction Disclaimer
Our premium detailing packages utilize professional steam cleaning and extraction equipment.
While these methods are highly effective:

Some permanent stains, discoloration, dye transfer, chemical damage, burns, or odors cannot be completely removed.

Steam cleaning cannot repair damaged materials.
-
Upholstery and carpets may require several hours to fully dry after service.
No guarantee is made regarding complete stain or odor removal.
8. Exterior Detailing Disclaimer
Our exterior detailing services safely remove dirt and surface contaminants.
However:

Existing scratches, oxidation, etched water spots, paint defects, rock chips, or fading cannot always be corrected through washing or decontamination alone.

Clay bar treatment removes bonded contaminants but does not permanently correct paint defects.
-
Ceramic sprays and waxes provide temporary protection and require routine maintenance.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you are dissatisfied with any portion of your detail, please notify us before we leave the service location whenever possible.
We will gladly address any missed areas that fall within the purchased service package.
Refunds are not provided for services that have already been completed unless otherwise required by law.
10. Appointment Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.
If keys are unavailable, the vehicle cannot be accessed, or the appointment cannot begin within a reasonable amount of time, the appointment may be considered a cancellation under our cancellation policy.
11. Service Limitations
Some results depend on the age and condition of the vehicle.
Big Red Mobile Detailing cannot guarantee:

Complete stain removal

Complete odor elimination

Restoration of faded plastics
-
Repair of damaged paint
-
Repair of torn upholstery
-
Removal of permanent scratches
-
Removal of every pet hair from heavily contaminated vehicles
We always strive to deliver the highest quality results possible within the selected service package.
12. Photos & Marketing
Big Red Mobile Detailing may photograph or record vehicles before, during, and after service for quality control and marketing purposes.
No personal information, license plates, addresses, or customer-identifying information will be intentionally displayed without permission.
If you prefer that your vehicle not be photographed, simply let us know before your appointment.
13. Right to Refuse Service
Big Red Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to:

Unsafe working conditions

Aggressive behavior
-
Hazardous materials
-
Biohazard contamination
-
Unsafe pets
-
Inaccessible vehicles

By scheduling an appointment, paying a deposit, or signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
You understand and accept all policies regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, payment, vehicle condition, liability, and service expectations.
